Local hydration notes

Staying hydrated in Tomball

  • Summer heat: Long, humid Houston-area summers mean you lose fluid and salt faster than you think. Pre-hydrate before yard work or outdoor events.
  • Youth sports weekends: Parents and coaches on hot sidelines need water and electrolytes too.
  • Stomach bugs: If you can’t keep fluids down for more than a few hours, call your doctor. Persistent vomiting needs medical evaluation.

03

The nurse arrives

At your home, hotel, or office, with sterile single-use supplies.

04

45–60 minutes

The same nurse stays with you start to finish, then cleans up and takes everything away.
